For tendons, ligaments and muscle strains apply as follows:
To apply above the knee wash off any fly spray, chemical residue, or iodine and apply generously to the area once or twice daily. Be sure to get it down to the skin and to cover the entire area.
If you are applying below the knee, clip the hair first. Wash off any fly spray, chemical residue, or iodine.

Apply Trainer's Choice to a paper towel and wrap that around the leg, sweat for four hours once daily. (Do not exceed four hours)


Apply as follows for open wounds:
Alternate between Trainer's Choice and water, spraying one then the other gently in one minute intervals for the first 30 minutes. Continue twice daily as needed.
