We use only chelated minerals in our products. This means that if we have 100mg of “Manganese Proteinate” on our label, your horse should be able to absorb 70-90% of that nutrient. Our competitors tend to use inorganic minerals, like “Manganese Oxide”, where if the label says 100mg, the horse may actually absorb only 4%, while the rest is eliminated in the feces.
