Performance Plus Daily - HP provides all the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and electrolytes needed on a daily basis, with the exception of an increased phosphorus content to help balance the calcium/phosphorus imbalance which may occur when a horse is getting more than 50% of their forage from alfalfa hay. This delicate balance of nutritional properties is designed to contribute to your horses overall health and elite performance. The traditional 2:1 phosphorus supplement will not be ideal for your horse that is already getting more than the recommended maximum 3:1 calcium to phosphorus ratio.
